Good Manufacturing Practice

A deep control of production flow, traceability and quality.

Good Manufacturing Practice for Food contact materials

Health first. During these challenging times, as never before, we have learnt to know that our everyday work affects our everyday life. Following this idea and far from business priorities, D.H. Lamina has decided to place first the safety of the components supplied to food processing industries and work according good manufacturing practice.

But what does it mean? Our Company supplies components intended to come into contact with food stuff; for industrial use and for food packaging too, machined according Good Manufacturing Practice. It is absolutely necessary that these parts do not become a potential source of contamination through substances able to compromise safety and alter taste and smell and in general organoleptic characteristics.

European Union and Food and Drug Administration define production method and characteristics that these products must have.

D.H Lamina declares that:

  • production, transformation and distribution processes are carried out according EC 2023/2006;
  • our Company has defined a quality system which assures quality control and good manufacturing practices as required from Regulation EC 2023/2006;
  • good manufacturing practices have been integrated in the already existing quality system certified UNI EN ISO 9001.
